Early Release Day Change for 2018-2019 School Year

The 2018-2019 school year calendar is on our website. Just click here. We are grateful for the home-school partnership in teaching children that every minute counts at school and want to make a special note: Early Release Days move to Wednesdays in 2018-2019. We know many of you use this time to schedule appointments, etc., so your child can be at school when class is in session. The change takes effect in August. We hope that by reminding you of this change over the next few months, you and your family are ready for the next school year. Thank you for support of strong school attendance. #EveryMinuteCounts

Mrs. Drake, WMS Librarian, teamed up with Copernicus (a company that makes things for schools) and designed a Virtual Reality Storage Cart. A year long of collaboration produced a prototype that Mrs. Drake has been testing out and WMS will be able to keep!  It is a much improved way to store and charge our Virtual Reality Cart.
